NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
A group of homeowners have requested a special meeting be held to remove all Members of the current Board of Directors. Therefore, pursuant to the South Carolina Non-Profit Act and the Bylaws of the Wynbrooke Homeowners Association, Inc. a Special Meeting has been called for October 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., to be held at FirstService Residential, located at 11822 Hwy 17 Bypass S, Murrells Inlet, SC, 29576, to address solely this issue.

This Proxy, when properly executed, will be voted in the manner directed by the undersigned member. This Proxy is limited to the Special Meeting of members to be held on October 7, 2025 and any adjournments thereof. Any appointment of Proxy heretofore made by the undersigned for such meeting is hereby revoked. This Proxy may be revoked by submitting, prior to or at the meeting, to the Secretary or other Officer presiding over the meeting to tabulate proxy votes, a signed written statement that the proxy is revoked. To be valid this Proxy must be delivered to Management by 5:00 p.m. on October 6, 2025.
