**Per the contract, the price will be $25.00 per hour per lifeguard. Owner also agrees to be responsible for proper gate control and to limit patrons to a 25:1 ratio for patrons to lifeguards. The minimum number of lifeguards cannot be less than normally required during daily operations, which is 1 lifeguard.

It is expressly agreed that the employees of Signature Pool Management, LLC have been hired to perform only lifeguarding services for the pool after ordinary hours of operation on . It is further agreed that shall be solely responsible for security, maintenance, supervision, operation, clean up, and use of the pool facility and premises during the scope of this agreement and that Signature Pool Management, LLC shall not be held responsible. The employees of Signature Pool Management, LLC are paid directly by their employer and shall not receive any compensation from owner/agent for services rendered.

A completely filled out contract (top portion and host signature below), and correct payment in full must be received by Signature Pool Management, LLC 5 calendar days before the date of the party for processing and staffing purposes.
** Cancellations by host with less than 24 hours notice from party start time, will receive no refund.
** Cancellations by host with more than 24 hours notice from party start time, will received a full refund.
** Cancellations by Signature Pool Management, LLC for weather or other safety reasons will receive a full refund.
