Dryer Vent/Chimney/Fireplace

 Maintenance Receipt Form

In accordance with the 2006 Resolution Regarding Dryer Vent and Chimney Cleaning, “Unit owners shall clean and maintain the clothes dryer vents that service their particular unit every two years by a certified, licensed or otherwise qualified person and/or entity.” The same rule applies for units with fireplaces; they must be cleaned every two years.  

All homeowners are required to provide a copy of the receipt from the cleaning company. Please note, this must be the receipt or invoice received from the company -- credit card or bank statements will not be accepted.

Please also upload a copy of your license/certification and/or add notes for review and consideration below. Management will review and confirm whether your work meets the requirements and standards as set forth by the Association.
