Building Entry Fob Request Form

To make your payment via ClickPay:
1. Log in to the Resident Portal at https://UOAofCedarLakes.connectresident.com. If you haven't registered for the Resident Portal yet, please refer to this quick registration tutorial: https://youtu.be/MibzmdNWWvs.
2. Click "Make Payment," which will direct you to ClickPay.
3. Since the charge won’t appear on your account yet, select the "Edit" button next to your balance.
4. Manually enter the enter the building entry fob fee by choosing "Alternative Amount."

Important Information:
This fob will replace any previously issued fob for the property listed above, as only two (2) active fobs per household are permitted.
Fobs may only be purchased and picked up by the lot owner.

Leases must be submitted with application for units with Renters. Please attach below, if applicable.
Landlords are responsible for retrieving all key fobs from their tenants at the end of the lease term.
If a home is sold, the Unit Owner must transfer all key fobs to the purchaser at closing. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining the key fobs during the closing process.
If a fob is lost or damaged, a replacement may be issued for a $100 replacement fee, and the previous fob will be permanently deactivated. The HOA is not responsible for any access issues resulting from lost or damaged fobs.
