In order to ensure that community management has updated information for all units, owners are asked to complete and submit this form by January 10th of each year, and within 30 days of any changes to contact information, residents, or rentals. A fine of $50.00 may be issued for late, incomplete, or unsubmitted forms.

Acknowledgements – Occupancy
I understand that if my unit is rented, it must comply with the occupancy limits as follows: upper-level units may have no more than two (2) adults and their dependent children, and lower-level units may have no more than four (4) adults and dependent children. I confirm that I have communicated these limits to my tenant. I understand that as the unit owner, I am responsible for ensuring that my tenant follows all community rules and guidelines. I also understand that subletting and room rentals are strictly prohibited.

I understand that all pets must be current on vaccinations and that I will provide documentation to the Association upon request. I agree that pets may not be left unattended on balconies or patios, and that pets must be leashed or in a carrier when outside the unit. I am responsible for cleaning up after my pets and properly disposing of waste.

I understand that the following vehicles are not permitted to be parked in the Twin Rivers Lake Condominium Association parking areas: commercial vehicles with visible signage (including taxis), RVs, boats, trailers, motorcycles, and any vehicle with only one license plate (unless the issuing state only provides one). I also understand that vehicle repairs are not allowed on the property, except for emergency flat tire changes. Parking in fire lanes, on sidewalks, or in striped/no-parking zones is strictly prohibited.
