Pool Use Regulations – Read Carefully before Requesting Access 

  1. THE POOL DOES NOT HAVE LIFEGUARDS! ALL POOL USERS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK! ALL POOL USERS MUST ABIDE BY THESE REGULATIONS AND SIGNS POSTED IN AND AROUND THE POOL.
  2. For purposes of these regulations, "Residents" refers to only persons who occupy a home in Turtle Rock as their permanent residence or are a property owner who has maintained their right to pool use. All other persons using the pool must be an accompanied guest of a Resident.
  3. Residents are responsible for the use or misuse of their key fob and shall not loan or give their key fob to persons outside their household or youth under 18 years of age.
  4. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, a guardian or a person over 18 years responsible for their care and conduct. You may be asked to show your identification for verification of age. If the age cannot be verified, you and your guest will be asked to leave the pool.
  5. Residents are allowed two (2) guests per visit and must be present at the pool with their guests. Residents are responsible for behavior of their guest(s), shall advise their guests of these regulations and shall indemnify the Association for any loss or damages resulting from their conduct or the conduct of their guests. Residents who wish to have more than two (2) guests must notify a board member 48 hours in advance and fill out and sign the request form which states that the resident agrees to and understands that they are completely responsible for the actions of their guests.
  6. Non-alcoholic beverages must be in plastic containers, no glass containers allowed in the pool area or playground.
  7. You may be asked to show your key fob. If you do not have your key fob with you, you may be asked to leave the pool.
  8. All pool users, regardless of age, must wear approved swim attire to get into the pool. Approved swim attire is defined to include only clothing made and sold as swim attire. Solid white T-shirts are allowed to be worn over swim attire. Absolutely no cut off shorts, basketball shorts, denim shorts, or khaki shorts, color T-shirts or dresses are allowed in the pool.
  9. Any person in the pool area other than during posted operating hours is a trespasser and will be charged with trespassing. Unauthorized persons in the pool area will also be charged with trespassing.
  10. NO smoking inside of the pool area. The designated smoking area is in the first parking space in the parking lot. There is a receptacle there for butts, please place butts in the receptacle not on the ground.
  11. NO firearms (concealed or open carry), alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, loud music, or profanity are allowed in the parking lot, clubhouse area, pool area, or playground.
  12. NO bicycles, skateboards, skates, rollerblades, etc. are allowed in the pool area.
  13. Life buoys and pool equipment are not toys and used for emergencies only.
  14. If you are no longer in possession of your key fob, there is a $25 replacement cost. There is a max of two fobs that can be assigned per property.

Violation of any of these regulations or those posted on signs in or around the pool may result in the temporary or permanent loss of pool use privileges as the Board of Directors, acting in its sole discretion, deems appropriate. Revocation of pool privileges applies to all Residents, household members and guests. In the event of a revocation of pool use privileges, all key fobs must be immediately returned to the Association or the property manager.

I am the responsible, primary Resident of the home at the address below and agree to all the above regulations on behalf of myself, members of my household and my guests.
