The undersigned titleholder of property in Townhomes at Daniel’s Orchard POA, Inc. hereby appoints , (if left blank, the Developer Board) to cast all votes which the undersigned is entitled to cast at the February 11, 2025 Transition/Annual Meeting, to be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 5:30 p.m. and at any and all adjournments thereof, as follows.

- OTHER ASSOCIATION MATTERS - To take action for me/us upon any other matters on the agenda that properly come before the meeting.
Each lot is allocated one (1) indivisible vote with respect to such matters and cumulative votes are not permitted. Should the undersigned be present and elect to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof, then the power of said proxy shall be deemed terminated and of no further force and effect.
