2025 Special Assessment Proxy Ballot

as Proxy holder for the undersigned at the Special Meeting of the owners of Lakes at Northwoods Home and Garden HOA to be held on Monday, June 16, 2025 or at any adjournment, recess or follow up of that meeting held due to absence of a quorum at the initial meeting. If no selection is made, then this proxy will be used for quorum purposes only.  

One purpose of the special meeting is to vote on whether to approve a $90,000 special assessment to fund essential improvements to our pool, landscaping, irrigation systems, and overall community beautification. The assessment will be collected in installments from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Each lot will be billed $50.35 per month, for a total of $302.10 per lot.

This Proxy shall be irrevocable except by conveyance of the owner’s home, or by actual notice by one of the undersigned owners to the officer presiding over the meeting that it is revoked. This Proxy shall terminate after the first meeting held on or after the date of the Proxy at which a quorum is present.

If you have already submitted a proxy (for the first scheduled meeting), you do not need to submit another one.
