The governing documents for The Glen’s of International Club require a quorum of twenty-five (25) percent of the membership to conduct any business at the Annual Members Meeting. Therefore:

Please Check: A. Joan Yurechko, Board Secretary, to act as proxy for the sole purpose of establishing a quorumB. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may also appoint someone to vote on your behalf (Proxy Agent). Only the person designated will have the authority to cast votes at the Annual Members’ Meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 and any adjournments thereof.
