THE GATES POOL AND CLUBHOUSE
CLUBHOUSE FACILITY RESERVATION AGREEMENT


The use of the clubhouse is by reservation only through the Management Company. These facilities are available to the Homeowners of the Gates and Gates II according to the following restrictions.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse any reservation.

Reservations are made on a "First Come-First Serve" basis. Please reserve the clubhouse 30 days in advance.

POOL MEMBERS & THE GATES HOA Members may reserve the Clubhouse for a charge of $100.00. Two separate checks in the amount of $75.00 (non-refundable) and $25.00 (refundable) payable to The Gates, must be delivered to FirstService Residential prior to the event. 

ALL OTHER NON POOL MEMBERS may reserve the Clubhouse for a charge of $150.00. Two separate checks one in the amount of $100.00 (non-refundable) and one in the amount of $50.00 (refundable) payable to The Gates. Must be delivered to FirstService Residential prior to the event. 

Your refundable amount is considered a cleaning deposit and is collected at time of reservation and will be returned if the clubhouse passes inspection after your event. 

Owner/lessee making reservations must assume responsibility for the conduct of his/her invited guests. 

The use of the Pool is not permitted unless you are a pool member in good standing and must be concluded by 11:00 PM. 

The owner/lessee making reservations agrees that he/she will make payment for the replacement of any furniture, accessories, fixtures or equipment damaged, broken or missing. 

The owner/lessee making reservations agrees that he/she will be present during the duration of the function. 

The Clubhouse and all common areas (including bathrooms) must be cleaned immediately upon conclusion of the function.

THE GATES CLUBHOUSE RENTAL PROCEDURE

POOL RULES & REGULATIONS    POOL HOURS - 8:00 am to 11:00 p.m.

• Clubhouse is available for private functions in the Clubhouse for HOA members.
• To reserve clubhouse call FirstService Residential at (843) 904-7021.

• All fees are to be paid to and refunded by FirstService Residential.
• Cleaning supplies will be available in clubhouse to use for cleanup.
• Please remember ---NO Private Pool Parties. The Pool is always accessible for all paid pool members.
• Use of the clubhouse for commercial activities or private money gain is PROHIBITED.
• Maximum# of guests - a total of 35 people
• Property owners/residents of The Gates HOA who are NOT Pool Members may NOT BE CONSIDERED A GUEST.
$150.00 fine will be imposed on any homeowners who are not members.
• No running, no Diving, boisterous or rough play is allowed in or around the pool.
• All Pool Dues handled by FirstService Residential. ($30.00 for lost key fob).
• If playing personal music, please keep volume low to be considerate of others.
• No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall use the pool.
• Solo swimming is prohibited.
• Person(s) with communicable disease, skin, ear, nasal infection should not enter the pool.
• No animals or pets allowed in the pool or pool area.
• Anyone with long hair, (past shoulders) please tie it up. Too much hair in pool and filter.
• No glass allowed in the pool or on the deck.
• Children must be 16 years or older to be permitted at the pool without an adult.
• Children who are still in diapers must wear a swim diaper. A regular diaper is not permitted
• Proper swim wear is required. Jeans and cutoffs are not permitted.
• No alcohol, chewing gum, chewing tobacco or smoking permitted in the pool area.
• Skateboards, roller blades, scooters, and bicycles are not permitted in the pool and clubhouse area.
• Pool will be available April 1ST of each year pending permit has been received.
• Pool will close October 30th of each year.
• All Guests should park in the parking lot or on the street. Golf carts should park in the designated golf cart parking area
along the tree line.
• Please clean up after yourself and your children and close all umbrellas before you leave.
• You must have your pool pass to enter the pool area. Please don't leave keys hanging up at gate for others to use.
• If you or your children use the clubhouse, please clean it before you leave pool area.
• Please check your area for any garbage before you leave pool area.
• Clubhouse floors and bathrooms must be swept and cleaned - do not use detergents on floor.
• Counter tops and sinks must be wiped down. Cleaners in closet.
• All party decorations both inside and outside must be taken down and disposed of.
• All garbage, inside clubhouse and pool deck must be emptied.
• Refrigerator should be cleaned out.
• Clubhouse tables and chairs should be cleaned and placed back to original location.
