I/We and of being a member/members in good standing of The Unit Owners Association of The Crossing Condominium do hereby grant my/our proxy for the sole purpose of voting at the 2025 Annual Meeting as follows (check one (1) only):
Please select only ONE of the two options below (check appropriate box):
Quorum Only. The Secretary of the Board of Directors will act as your proxy to be counted for quorum purposes only. If the Secretary cannot act, the Board will designate an Assistant Secretary to ensure that you are counted as present for quorum purposes; or
Instructed Proxy. To facilitate the virtual meeting, the Secretary of the Board of Directors will act as your proxy. If the Secretary cannot act, the Board will designate an Assistant Secretary to ensure that your vote is cast. The Secretary will cast your vote in exact accordance with your vote as expressed below. Contact Management for candidates prior to voting after August 5, 2025.
Applications for candidates are due no later than August 5, 2025. Please contact Management for the list of candidates.

This proxy is executed for the 2025 Annual Meeting scheduled for August 18, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. or any adjournments or continuations thereof. This proxy must be signed and dated below and witnessed to be valid. This proxy must be received by Management no later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, August 14, 2025.
PROXY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Use the proxy form only if you do not wish to vote online.
2. Where there is more than one unit owner for a unit, the unit owner signing the form will be deemed to have the authority to sign on behalf of all unit owners, unless a conflicting proxy form is submitted by another unit owner or the other unit owner objects to the proxy form. In such a case, the proxy form will be deemed revoked.
3. This proxy is revocable by the unit owner or unit owners only upon actual notice to the person presiding over the Annual Meeting.
4. If you do not wish to vote but want to be counted as attending the meeting for quorum calculation purposes (For Quorum Purposes Only): Select option, ONE.
5. If you wish to indicate your vote (Instructed Proxy): Select option TWO and select the candidate for the Board of Directors for whom you wish to vote for.
6. Fill out the proxy form completely. An incomplete form will result in the proxy form being deemed invalid. If signing on behalf of a business entity, please include your title and position.
7. The proxy form is effective for the meeting designated and for any continuation thereof. The proxy form is valid for 180 days after the execution thereof.
8. The proxy is authorized to vote for new business raised at the Annual Meeting, to approve last year’s meeting minutes, and to vote on adjourning the meeting.
