The Pavilion facilities are not intended to be monopolized by any group or individual and The Bays Board of Directors reserves the right to limit use if, in its sole discretion, determines that the frequency of use is inappropriate.
Reservations should be made 30 days in advance. Blackout dates will apply. No reservation will be accepted for holidays. The Pavilion is rented “AS IS”.

PAVILION AT THE PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

This facility is intended for the use and enjoyment of all members of The Bays Owners’ Association in good standing. The Pavilion is rented “AS IS”.
I. General Policy on Use of The Pavilion at the Park:

A. Use is restricted to Community Association members and their guests. Only civic, cultural, or social events, which are hosted and attended by a property owner, are allowed. No political or commercial event, either profit or non-profit, may be held or conducted at The Pavilion.
B. Events and functions must be over by 10:00 PM.
C. Only one (1) event will be scheduled at a time for Pavilion use.
D. Reservation request forms, which provide space for the applicant to describe the activity, appropriate fee, if any (see Fee Schedule), and property owner responsibilities, may be obtained by contacting FirstService Residential at (843) 904-7001 or on the community website.
E. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the anticipated event or a fee may be charged.
F. Reservation of the Pavilion does not include exclusive use of The Park facilities, the Community Center, pool, playground, or other surrounding areas.
G. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken outside of the covered area.
H. Smoking is not permitted in the covered area.
I. The Pavilion will have a “Carry In, Carry Out” policy. Any food, storage items, personal effects, or other items left behind will be thrown away and the deposit will be retained for the additional cleaning. After each function the Board prior to any return of security deposit will check the facility.
J. All seafood waste must be removed from the premises.
II. Other Information:
K. The Board of Directors would like to see the associations within The Bays and members of the associations make full use of The Park facilities. The Board will endeavor to work to develop policies and regulations that accomplish this goal.
L. The Board cannot anticipate all possible uses and reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations without notice.

PAVILION AT THE PARK RATE SCHEDULE

Facility Usage Rates:

I. The Bays Community Sponsored Events (outside guests may be included but should not exceed more than 25% of the total of attendance)

II. Association Sponsored Events (outside guests may be included but should not exceed more than 25% of the total of attendance)

III. Resident Events
A. Usage Fee for residents only event NONE
B. Usage Fee for residents with outside guests $50.00
C. Facility Reservation Deposit (refundable*) $150.

*Deposits will be returned upon inspection of the kitchen and bathrooms.
