Amenity application, deposit and rental fee must be submitted to the Association office before your reservation can be approved. Completing this reservation form does not constitute approval for your reservation.

Reservation Guidelines for Private Events
1. All homeowners will be required to fill out the reservation application. The facility must be cleaned and returned to the pre-event condition. Failure to do so will incur a $250 cleanup fee to the owner’s account along with any additional damages. Owners who do not comply with cleaning or other guidelines will run the risk of losing the privilege to reserve the facility for private events in the future.
2. Member must be in good standing in order to reserve the facility for private use.
3. Once the party is over, all party members must vacate the reserved area.
4. No private reservations on holidays/holiday weekends as these are in high use by the neighborhood.
5. Pool will be open to community regardless of reservation.
6. Max party size: 25 people.
7. Max length of reservation: 3 hours.
8. Adequate supervision is required for children. No lifeguard will be on staff.
9. Failure to submit a reservation may be subject to fining and loss of privileges to reserve the facility in the future.
10. Applications must be submitted at least 1 week before the event to give time for review.

ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED AND TAKEN WITH YOU FOR DISPOSAL. ASSOCIATION TRASH CANS MUST NOT BE USED FOR TRASH DISPOSAL.
