Rule 6A in the Rules and Regulations of Tara Gardens Condominium states “Guests of residents may use visitor parking for 2 consecutive days (48 hours), during any 30 day period, only after receiving the appropriate visitor parking pass from the managing agent".

Vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owners expense if found to be on the property after the date of this pass.

Please give at least a week’s notice for a pass if you would like it to be mailed as this can be delayed due to the USPS and result in your vehicle being towed. / Any unit owners who rent their units are responsible to give their tenants the parking pass directly.
