License for Use of Parking Space

  

            On September 7, 2024, it is hereby agreed by and between the Licensors, the Trustees of Tara Gardens Condominium Trust, by their duly authorized agent and representative, FirstService Residential and the Licensee, , the owner of Unit Tara Gardens Condominium, Tara Drive, Weymouth, MA 02188 (“the Unit”), whose mailing address is that for and in consideration of the license fee payment in the of the sum of to the licensors, Licensee shall have the exclusive right to use the parking space numbered     at the Tara Gardens Condominium until sticker is surrendered. Leases and fees will be renewed and revised annually.   A sticker shall be issued to the Licensee and shall be displayed in the rear windshield of any vehicle parked at the parking space licensed hereunder.  Failure to display such parking card or sticker may result in the removal of the vehicle, at the Licensee’s expense.

            The Licensee’s use of the parking space hereunder is subject to all the provisions regulating parking that are set forth in the Condominium’s By-Laws and Rules and Regulations.

            Any costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred by the Licensors as a result of the Licensee’s actions or inactions under this License, or the actions or inactions of any person using the parking space while leasing, renting, residing, visiting, using, or working at the Unit, will be paid by the Licensee.

            This license is granted solely to the Licensee named herein and is not transferable.  Notice regarding cancelation, change of vehicle, etc. to the Licensors shall be given to them in care of their managing agent, FirstService Residential, 3000 Davenport Avenue, Suite 201 Canton, MA 02021.  Notice to the Licensee shall be given at the mailing address set forth above or at such other address provided in writing by the Licensee.
