• Check calendar on community website, www.SurfsidePlantationHOA.connectresident.com, for availability; or email [email protected]
• No more than 55 guests are allowed for a private party.
• Pool house use is limited to social functions only, no business functions allowed.
• Pool House hours for events are from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
• Reservations are for pool house only. Pool and pool furniture cannot be reserved for private parties.
• Pool house must be cleaned immediately after use. Trash is to be taken to the large trash containers outside of the Pool house.
• Owner is responsible for any damages incurred, even if such damages exceed deposit amount.
• Pool house and amenities are limited to owners and their guests. The (adult) owner must remain with the party while guests are on the premises.
• All lights are to be turned off when leaving.
• Two (2) laminated signs indicating “Private Party – Do Not Enter” will be provided to owner to hang on the front door and back door. The signs must be returned to FirstService Residential before deposit will be released.
• Mail completed reservation form and fees to: The Shores at Surfside Homeowners Association, c/o FSResidential, 11822 Highway 17 Bypass S. Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.
• Reservation fees are as follows: $25.00 Rental Fee and a $75.00 Refundable Deposit for cleaning and damage– MUST SEND TWO SEPARATE CHECKS. Your deposit will be returned to you after inspection of the premises, to determine if there is any damage, it was properly cleaned and the laminated signs are returned.
• In the event of a bounced check, a $25.00 NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) Charge will be placed on the Homeowners Account.
