2026 ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING – Saturday, June 27, 2026; 10:00 a.m.

The St. Andrews Townhomes Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (hereinafter, “Association”) Annual Members Meeting will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Carolina Forest Recreation Center.

This Proxy is to be filled out by every homeowner of the Association, in its entirety and signed at the bottom. Please fill out all FIVE (5) sections and return to FirstService Residential no later than noon on Friday, June 26, 2026.

Whether you DO or DO NOT plan to attend the Annual Members’ Meeting, please fill out this form and return it in the postage-paid envelope, email or fax so your vote can be cast.

SECTION C - CONSIDERATION OF TAX RESOLUTION:

Resolved, that any excess of Association income over Association expenses are defined in IRS Reg. 1-277-1 for the year ended December 31, 2026, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by the IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604.

(a) THE SECRETARY OF ASSOCATION. In the event the Secretary of the Association becomes a candidate for election or re-election to the Board of Directors or is not in attendance then that person’s appointment as my proxy shall be revoked and instead the proxy shall be held by “majority” of the Board of Directors. (b) I hereby appoint as my Proxy. (Print name of your representative who will attend the meeting on your behalf- Proxy holder must be present at meeting)

This Proxy may be revoked by the undersigned at any time (provided I give notice of revocation to the Secretary of the Association) and it shall be deemed to be automatically revoked if the undersigned personally attends the Annual Meeting.

This proxy may be revoked by the undersigned at any time, provided that written notice of revocation is given to the Secretary of the Association. This proxy shall also be deemed automatically revoked if the undersigned personally attends the Annual Meeting.
