If option A is selected:

• Transferring the credit to Broadlands processing time is 2-3 business days once the online transfer request has been placed.
   I acknowledge and authorize that the credit balance in my Southern Walk at Broadlands HOA account be transferred to my Broadlands HOA account.

If option B is selected:

• Refund checks will be mailed to the official billing address on file.
• Refund checks may take 6-8 weeks to process.
• Address changes cannot be made through the form and must go through Customer Care.
   I acknowledge and understand refund request as noted above.
