Lost/stolen/previously issued permit # is no longer valid. Dominion Towing has been notified that the permit is not valid. ANY vehicle displaying the old permit will be towed immediately without further notice, even if the permit number is not supplied here.

The replacement visitor parking permit fee is $25. Owners must be in good standing to receive the replacement pass. Please pay for the permit online through your resident portal using the instructions below. 

To make a resident portal online payment: 
1. Login to your resident portal at https://ShepherdHillsHOA.connectresident.com.
2. Once logged in, click 'Make A Payment' to access ClickPay.
3. As the charge may not yet appear on your account, select the 'Edit' button next to the balance, then select 'Alternative Amount' to manually enter the payment amount. If you have trouble making a payment through the resident portal, please call 24/7 Customer Care Center so they can walk you through it step by step over the phone at 800.870.0010.
