hereby designate as my/our proxy holder, pursuant to Article III, Section 6 of the Ridgefield Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. Bylaws, for the purposes of voting and establishing quorum at the 2025 Annual Meeting and any recess, adjournment or subsequent meeting called if the required quorum is not present. 

My/our proxy shall vote on directors as indicated below and shall vote on my/our behalf for any other matters that come up for a vote at the meeting.

Election of Directors. Three Board positions are available. Select no more than three candidates. If more than three candidates are selected, your proxy will be counted for quorum only.

If no boxes are checked, the proxy form will be counted for quorum purposes only. This proxy form must be signed and dated in order to be valid.
