Vehicle Registration: Vehicles are required to have permanent decals per the association's rules and regulations. A current copy of the DMV registration for each vehicle must be included or decals will not be issued. (The address on the DMV registration must match the property address.)

Condo units are limited to TWO permanent decals.

If you have already been issued a visitor pass but it has been lost or stolen, you may request a replacement for $150.

Once logged in, click 'Make Payment' to access ClickPay. As the charge may not yet appear on your account, select the 'Edit' button next to the balance, then select 'Alternative Amount' to manually enter the $150.00 charge.

Trash Bin Registration:

To aid in tracking lost or windblown trash bins and the enforcement of the Lot Maintenance Policy, we require that each bin be registered with the office. Parking decals will not be issued without this information.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT STATEMENT

I/we, the homeowner or lessee have read the Residences at Fair Chase COA Handbook and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations as stated within.

I/we further state that all surface parking spaces within the community are reserved for guest parking only and any owners/tenants found parking on the surface guest parking will be subject to towing as outlined in the parking Policy at the expense of the vehicle owner.
