Per the Residence at Flatrock Square COA, Homeowner Rules & Regulations, adopted 03.27.25, page 5, #3, owners must submit the documentation listed below yearly.

Please submit the required documentation by November 1, 2026 at 5pm.

Owners not in compliance by November 2, 2026, are subject to a $100 fine per month until brought into compliance.  

1. Paid 2026 HVAC & Water Heater Service Inspection Invoice.

Submit your HVAC service invoice from a NJ licensed and insured contractor for HVAC service and how water heater inspection. Upload Proof of Service (max doc size 265MB*)

     1. What is the date of service?

     2. What is the contractor's name?

     3. What is the contractor's NJ business license number?

2. NJ property tax bill.

Submit your most recent Englewood, NJ property tax bill. (max doc size 265MB*)

3. Homeowner insurance policy.

Submit the declarations (DECS) page ONLY from your homeowner insurance policy, referred to as an H06. (max doc size 265MB*)

     1. What is the effective date of your policy?

     2. What is the renewal date of your policy?
