INSTRUCTIONS

1. This is a DIRECTED PROXY/BALLOT FORM. This form shall be used to cast your own vote. (THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO VOTE.)
2. In order for this Directed Proxy/Ballot to be valid, you must complete all Unit Owner information required below and you MUST SIGN and DATE this Directed Proxy/Ballot. If more than one person owns your Unit, the Directed Proxy/Ballot MUST be signed by at least one of the Owners of your Unit and only one (1) Proxy/Ballot per unit is allowed.
3. In order for this Directed Proxy/Ballot to be valid, this Directed Proxy/Ballot must be RECEIVED by Management BEFORE 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 11th, 2026.

ELECTION OF THREE (3) EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS – PLEASE INDICATE YOUR VOTES BY PLACING AN “X” NEXT TO THE CANDIDATES THAT YOU WANT TO ELECT TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD. THERE ARE THREE (3) OPEN SEATS AND FIVE (5) CANDIDATES SO CAST ONLY THREE (3) VOTES.

PROXIES WITH MORE THAN THREE (3) VOTES WILL BE INVALID AND WILL NOT BE COUNTED.

(EVEN IF YOU DO NOT VOTE FOR A CANDIDATE, PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE QUORUM WHICH IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE ELECTION!)
