2026 BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.  YOUR ACTION IS IMPORTANT TO THE COMMUNITY.  FAILURE TO PROPERLY COMPLETE THIS DIRECTED PROXY MAY RESULT IN QUORUM NOT BEING MET.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. The current incumbent Mary Beth Wilson is automatically nominated for re-election. Zero (0) additional homeowners submitted nominations for the one (1) available seat open on the Board.  Even though there isn’t a need to hold an election, it is important for homeowners to return their Directed Proxy to meet quorum.
2. We must meet a 20% quorum in order to hold our Annual Meeting.
3. Please complete the Unit Owner information below. In order for this Directed Proxy to be valid, you MUST SIGN and DATE. ONE DIRECTED PROXY PER HOUSEHOLD.
4. Your Directed Proxy must be received no later than 4:00 pm on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2026, in order for your proxy to be counted towards quorum.
