** FAILURE TO PROPERLY COMPLETE THIS DIRECTED PROXY MAY RESULT IN YOUR VOTE NOT BEING COUNTED!!! **
INSTRUCTIONS
- This is a DIRECTED PROXY/BALLOT FORM. This form shall be used to cast your own vote. (THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO VOTE.)
- In order for this Directed Proxy/Ballot to be valid, you must complete all Unit Owner information required below and you MUST SIGN and DATE this Directed Proxy/Ballot. If more than one person owns your Unit, the Directed Proxy/Ballot MUST be signed by at least one of the Owners of your Unit and only one (1) Proxy/Ballot per unit is allowed.
- In order for this Directed Proxy/Ballot to be valid, this Directed Proxy/Ballot must be RECEIVED by Management BEFORE 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 27th, 2026.

I/We hereby acknowledge and authorize the Board to accept my/our vote in the Regency at Stone Meadows Farm 25% Transition Election Meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 or any adjournments or postponements of such meeting, in reference to the following matters as indicated below:
ELECTION OF TWO (2) EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS – PLEASE INDICATE YOUR VOTE BY PLACING AN “X” NEXT TO THE CANDIDATE(S) THAT YOU WANT TO ELECT TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD. THERE ARE TWO (2) OPEN SEATS AND TWO (2) CANDIDATES SO CAST UP TO TWO (2) VOTES. PROXIES WITH MORE THAN TWO (2) VOTES WILL BE INVALID AND WILL NOT BE COUNTED.
*Even though there are only two (2) candidates for two (2) spots, we still need the proxy/ballot completed and returned to Management in an effort to reach quorum to valid the election.
Please return completed proxies to Management no later than 3 PM on Wednesday, May 27th.
(EVEN IF YOU DO NOT VOTE FOR A CANDIDATE, PLEASE RETURN THIS COMPLETED FORM IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE QUORUM WHICH IS REQUIRED TO HOLD THE ELECTION!)
