I understand that parking hangtag # , previously assigned to the above Recreation Association, Inc. address, is no longer valid, and that any vehicle displaying this hangtag is subject to immediate towing without further notice. A replacement hangtag will be issued by the method checked below.

*Note: There is a $25.00 fee per hangtag replacement. This does NOT apply to new permit requests.
To pay the fee:
1. Login to your Connect resident portal at https://recreationcommittee.connectresident.com.
2. Once logged in, click 'Make Payment' to access ClickPay.
3. As the charge may not yet appear on your account, select the 'Edit' button next to the balance.
4. Select 'Alternative Amount' to manually enter the $25.00 charge.
How would you like to get your pass?
You may drop off your application in person, but we are unable to process permits while you wait. To pick up your pass, wait until you receive an email that it is ready for pick up.
All hangtags that have been replaced or voided WILL BE PUT ON THE TOW LIST.

If paying by check, mail/deliver it to FirstService Residential, 3975 Fair Ridge Dr., Suite 210-S, Fairfax, VA Please write “RCI parking hangtag” and your RCI property address on the check (if not already printed there). Please note that your pass will not be processed until the check is received. Mailing a check may significantly delay the process of getting a parking hangtag.
