IMPORTANT

1. To verify residence, as required by the Association Policy, there must be a copy of the settlement papers (HUD1 form) or current lease listing residents or written statement from off-site unit owners stating names of persons residing in unit on file with the management agent or accompanying this application.
2. To verify vehicle ownership by a resident, you MUST attach a photocopy of ONE of the following documents: vehicle title, state registration, or city registration.
3. Permits will be mailed to the resident following receipt of a COMPLETED registration for each vehicle with attachments. Place permits inside the rear window, driver’s side, lower corner.

INFORMATION

Vehicles parked on the condominium property must display current State of Virginia license plates, inspection sticker, and a current registration sticker, as applicable, required by the City of Alexandria. This does not apply to Military personnel, who are exempt from these requirements if they display current home State license plates.
Violations of this rule shall result in the posting of notice on the vehicle, directing removal of the vehicle or correction of the violation within ten (10) days. All actions shall be coordinated with the City of Alexandria Police Department in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Code of Virginia as amended.
