2026 Insurance Certification Requirement
Per the Governing documents:
Each lot owner is required to obtain a broad form insurance policy against loss by fire and including all risk extended coverage for the improvements constructed upon the lot. The policy shall insure the full replacement cost, without deduction for depreciation, of the dwelling and any other improvements located on the lot. The lot owner must obtain an insurance certificate from the insurance company or its agent each year at the time of policy renewal and provide a copy of the certificate or declaration page to the Association in care of the Management Company (without notice from the Management Company). Failure to comply will result in fines consistent with the Enforcement Policy.
Please attach a copy of your current Certificate of Insurance's Declaration page for our records. For Quailbrook East HOA, the deadline is July 1, 2026. If you do not comply by July 1, 2026 the fine is $250. (Maximum file size 250M. Allowed file extensions are jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif, png, pdf).
