IMPORTANT FOR SECURITY PURPOSES PHOTOS MUST BE PROVIDED FOR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED. When replacing lost / non-working devices you must include device photos showing the device id #s to prevent them from being deactivated.

Gate remotes:
Initial, indicate order qty, attach photos & indicate existing qty.

  I understand that if my existing remote is not working that I may need to replace the remote battery and test it on at least 2 of 4 gates in the community.
I am adding additional gate remote(s). My existing remote photos with id #’s are attached and must remain active.

I am replacing lost/stolen/broken gate remote. My existing remote photos with id #’s are attached and must remain active.

Amenity fobs:

I am replacing lost/stolen/broken fob. My existing fob photos with id #’s are attached and must remain active.

Cost, Billing and Shipping
Gate remotes and amenity fobs are $55/ea plus $9.75/shipment for FedEx tracked shipping.
I understand that if I’m a new owner I must pay for new devices.
I understand that gate remotes and fobs do go bad and if they stop working I will need pay for replacements.
Charges post to the owner’s account where they pay online through the resident portal at https://ProvidenceDownsSouth.connectresident.com. No checks accepted.
Remotes & Fobs are shipped directly from the vendor to the address in the community and received within 2-3 business days. No pick-ups or drop-offs.
