The Pipers Glen at Prestwick HOA (hereinafter, “Association”) Annual Members’ Meeting will be held at the Pipers Glen at Prestwick Pool on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

 Please fill out all FIVE (5) sections, and return to FirstService Residential no later than noon on Friday, May 16, 2025.

RESOLVED, that any excess of Association Income over Association expenses as defined in IRS Reg. 70-604 for the year ending December 31, 2025, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604.  (The Board recommends voting for this resolution.)
