Bike Room Rules & Regulations
• Only registered bicycles displaying a valid Park Hill Terrace bike tag may be stored in the bike room.
• Bicycles must be stored neatly in designated racks only; blocking walkways or exits is prohibited.
• No motorized vehicles, scooters, or personal items may be stored in the bike room.
• The Association is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to bicycles.
• Unregistered, abandoned, or improperly stored bicycles may be removed after notice.
• Use of the bike room is a privilege and may be suspended for rule violations pursuant to Association policy
