INSTRUCTIONS
- This is a DIRECTED PROXY FORM. This form shall be used to cast your own vote. By using this form, you are appointing the Board President, as Proxy holder for you, who shall cast your vote at the Executive Board Election Meeting as specifically directed by you below.
- In order for this Directed Proxy to be valid, you must complete all Unit Owner information required below and you MUST SIGN and DATE this Directed Proxy. If more than one person owns your Unit, the Directed Proxy MUST be signed by at least one of the Owners of your Unit and only one (1) proxy per unit is needed.
- In order for this Directed Proxy to be valid, this Directed Proxy must be RECEIVED by Management BEFORE 3:00 PM, Monday, June 15th, 2026. This is the only way to vote in this election.

I/We hereby specifically authorize and instruct the Board President, (“Proxy holder”), to cast my/our vote in my/our absence at the 2026 Annual Meeting to be held on Monday, June 15th, 2026 or any adjournments or postponements of such meeting, in reference to the following matters as indicated below:
ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS – PLEASE INDICATE YOUR VOTE BY PLACING AN “X” NEXT TO THE CANDIDATE THAT YOU WANT TO ELECT TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD. THERE ARE THREE (3) OPEN SEATS and TWO (2) CANDIDATES. PROXIES WITH MORE THAN TWO (2) VOTES WILL BE INVALID AND WILL NOT BE COUNTED.
Please return completed proxies to Management no later than 3 PM on Monday, June 15th.
