VEHICLE REGISTRATION FORM/APPLICATION FOR RESIDENT PARKING
1) This form must be accompanied by a copy of the vehicle owner's current Virginia vehicle registration showing an Oxford Row address. Resident stickers will not he issued for vehicles without a copy of the vehicle's registration. Upload the registration here:

2) If the vehicle owner is a member of the military on active duty and domiciled elsewhere, he/she may provide a copy of his or her current military ID or pay stub showing his/her official residence, along with a copy of a utility bill matching the owner's name and Oxford Row address in lieu of a vehicle registration with an Oxford Row address. Please upload those documents in the space above.
3) If you are a bona-fide resident of Oxford Row and have a special situation that requires your vehicle to be registered at another address, you must apply to the Board (via FirstService Residential) for approval. All special requests should be sent to the Community Manager ([email protected]) for the Board of Directors' decision.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Each unit will be issued up to two resident decals. The numbers on these decals correspond to the unit address and the unit's reserved parking space and are vehicle-specific. Decals MAY NOT be transferred to another vehicle without updating the vehicle information on file with management. Replacement permits (lost or stolen) require a fee of $50 per Permit.
Decals should be displayed in the lower right-hand corner of your vehicle's rear window, unless dark tinting or other reasons (such as a convertible top) make this impractical. In those instances, decals should be displayed in the lower right-hand corner of your front windshield. In any case, the decal should be readily visible from a moving vehicle (i.e. a tow truck).
Each unit will be issued four guest passes, which are also numbered to correspond with the unit owner's address. These guest passes are for the temporary use of guests staying 72 hours or less, and must be displayed at all times while the guest vehicle is on the property. Vehicles parked with a guest pass longer than 72 consecutive hours or 3 consecutive overnights may be towed at the owner's risk and expense.
Long-term guest passes may be obtained from management and require Board approval for terms longer than 10 days. Guest passes may be shared among residents. Any vehicle which does not display a resident decal or official guest pass is subject to towing without notice and at the owner's risk and expense at any time. Hand-lettered or computer-generated passes are not acceptable.

OBTAINING ADDITIONAL PARKING PASSES
The fee to apply for a third parking sticker is $250 per year and Board approval is required. Please indicate below if you would like to apply for a third parking sticker. If so, please give the details of your third vehicle.

I agree to practice safe driving habits as outlined in the Parking Rules and Regulations with regard to speed limits, one-way traffic, head-in parking, and speed-control devices. I also understand that any violation of these regulations may result in penalties which include moving violations and/or vehicle(s) being towed from the property at the vehicle's risk and expense.
