Application to Reserve the Pavilion at Old Rice Retreat

Reservations may be made for private use of the Pavilion at Old Rice Retreat. The pavilion is available from 7:00 am -10:00 pm. Applications must be submitted and received prior to using the pavilion for any private function. For reservation approval, applications must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to function.
A property owner must be in good standing with the Property Owner’s Association and be present at all times during functions and the owner will be fully responsible for any damages, etc. caused by the property owner or their guests.
Reservations that would exclude other members from using outside facilities at Old Rice Retreat during a function are not allowed. Maximum number of guests allowed is 40 people. You will be held responsible for the actions and behavior of your guests.
All owners are required to clean up and dispose of all trash or garbage created by the event and must leave the area in good condition, within the selected time slot. Due to the limited amount of trash containers, trash MUST be removed to your own trash receptacle.
If alcohol is present, please be advised that you are responsible and liable for any and all actions and behavior of your guests and you will be fully responsible for any damages, etc. Remember, glass bottles are not prohibited in the facilities.
Reservations will not be secured on the community website until the application is received.

I have read and agree to abide by the Old Rice Retreat at Cane Bay Plantation POA Rules & Regulations with regard to the use of the Pavilion. I understand that I am responsible for cleaning the premises utilized at the end of my event and that if the premises are not left in a clean manner, or if damages occur my account will be charged a cleaning fee or for necessary repairs. I understand that I am fully and solely liable for any loss or damage caused by such use. I assume all responsibility and will indemnify, defend and hold Old Rice Retreat at Cane Bay Plantation POA, its Trustees and the Declarant and their employees, agents and contractors, harmless from any and all losses, costs and liabilities related to my use of the clubhouse, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees.
