The Association does not provide a cleaning service after each event. Therefore, it will be necessary for the homeowner to leave the facility clean; otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of the additional cleaning service and/or repairs.

Clean refrigerator, bathrooms, microwave oven, countertops and table tops

Sweep floors and pickup with dustpan, do not sweep to the ground as it may attract animals.

Mop up any spills.

Bathrooms clean with no trash or water on floor.

Empty all trash cans and remove all garbage from premises.

Inspect surrounding grounds to ensure no trash, cigarette butts, food, etc.

Inspect general overall condition of facility.

Lock all windows and doors

Turn off lights

I have complied with the clubhouse rules and have completed the clean-up check list this day
