The completed application must be submitted to FirstService Residential 7 days prior to the reservation date and before being secured on the community calendar. Completing this form does not constitute approval of your reservation.

A. Completed application must be submitted to FirstService Residential one week in advance of reservation date.

B. Conditions:
1) HOA-sponsored events will have priority over private events.
2) The property owner/resident reserving the facility is responsible for the conduct of all guest(s) associated with a private activity and must be present at all times.
3) Events organized for minors MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and in all areas.
4) Neither the community management company nor the HOA assumes any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss of property of any user or guest.
5) The HOA and the Association Manager reserve the right to refuse the use of this facility by any group or organization whose size is likely, in the opinion of the manager, to strain the facility or constitute a hazard in the event of a fire or other emergency.
6) A reservation does not give exclusive access to the pool. Other residents will be able to use the pool during your reserved time.

Rules:
*All trash and debris must be removed from the pool area (relocating event garbage to the pool trash receptacles will not be permitted).
*Tables and chairs must be placed in a neat fashion.
*No driving or parking on the common area. This includes delivery or set up.
* Parties will be limited to a ten (10) person maximum, with a two (2) hour limit.

It is the member’s responsibility to report any damage noted before the scheduled event. If it is after hours, you may leave a detailed voice message at 843-795-8484 and take photos.
Repair of damages will be charged to the responsible party and must be paid within seven (7) days of notice.

I have read and understand the rules and regulations established by the Nelliefield Plantation HOA and agree to abide by them as written/amended. I also agree to use good judgment in the renting of the Nelliefield Plantation amenities and will leave the pool area in as
good or better condition than which it was found.
