This proxy is executed for the 2025 Annual Association Meeting or at any adjournment, postponement, or recess of that meeting held within 180 days and carries with it the full right to the proxy holder/holders to cast his/her/their vote allocated to said lot as instructed on the proxy. If no box is checked, this proxy will be used for quorum only.
