owner/owners of ,hereby designate as my/our proxy holder, pursuant to Article III, Section 3.4 of the Metropark at Arrowbrook Homeowners Association Bylaws, for the purposes of voting and establishing quorum at the 2024 Annual Meeting and any recess, adjournment or subsequent meeting called if the required quorum is not present. If no name is entered as the proxy holder, the Association’s Secretary shall serve as proxy holder. Your proxy holder must attend the meeting for your vote to count.

My/our proxy shall vote on directors as indicated below and shall vote on my/our behalf for any other matters that come up for a vote at the meeting.

Election of Directors. Five positions on the Board are available. Please select no more than five candidates. If more than five candidates are selected, your proxy will be counted for quorum only.

5. A proxy form may be revoked only by written notice from the owner(s) to the person presiding at the meeting.

6. Any proxy form shall be void if it is not signed and dated, if it purports to be revocable without notice, or if the signature of any of those executing the proxy form is invalid.
