• One Hangtag per Household: Each household will receive only one parking Hangtag.
• The hangtag is transferable. if you have more than one vehicle, your hangtag can be used for either car. You can also provide this hangtag for your guest’s vehicle.
• Once we receive your completed form, your parking hangtag will be mailed to the address you provide in the form.

Lost or Damaged Hangtags:

• A replacement fee of $25.00 will apply for lost or damaged hangtags.

Instructions for making resident portal access device payments: Login to your resident portal at http://McLeanRidge.connectresident.com. Once logged in, click 'Make A Payment' to access ClickPay. As the charge may not yet appear on your account, select the 'Edit' button next to the balance, then select 'Alternative Amount' to manually enter the fob payment amount.
