ANNUAL MEMBERS MEETING – Thursday, December 12, 2024; 10:00 a.m.

PROXY

This Proxy is to be filled out by every homeowner of the Association, in its entirety and signed at the bottom. Please fill out all THREE (3) sections, and return to FirstService Residential no later than noon on December 11, 2024.

SECTION A - ATTENDANCE: Please indicate whether you plan or do not plan to attend the meeting

SECTION B - PROXY AGENT: The undersigned member of the Marcliffe West HOA (hereinafter, “Association”) hereby appoints, (Print Name of the person acting as your proxy agent in the event you cannot attend this meeting) to act as my Proxy Agent to vote on my behalf as he or she deems fit on any matter that may come before this Annual Members’ Meeting, except for the items included in the Proxy, and directs said Proxy Agent to vote as indicated below with regard to each Section at the Annual Members’ Meeting and any adjournments thereof. The Proxy grant may be withdrawn at any time by the undersigned, in person or in writing, prior to the commencement of the meeting. Please note your Proxy Agent must be in attendance in person at the Meeting. Should a proxy holder not be assigned, Loren Almond would be the assigned proxy holder.

SECTION C - APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION: Please Fill out this section, whether you plan to attend or not.

RESOLVED, that any excess of Association Income over Association expenses as defined in IRS Reg. 70-604 for the year ending December 31, 2024, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604. (The Board recommends voting for this resolution.)
