Rules & Regulations
•The Marcliffe West Clubhouse is available for use by all Marcliffe West and Cypress Grove residents.
•Association activities will have preference over private parties/activities.
•For residents to reserve the clubhouse for private social functions, an application must be completed and submitted to FirstService Residential along with a $100.00 security deposit.
•It is the responsibility of the resident reserving the clubhouse to ensure that it is clean before leaving and nothing has been damaged during the period reserved. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Please be advised there are cleaning supplies including a vacuum in the closet.
•The clubhouse may not be used for religious, political, or commercial functions. Check the calendar on the community website, https://MarcliffeWestHOA.connectresident.com, for availability; or contact FirstService Residential at https://eastsupport.fsresidential.com.

Clubhouse Reservation Application and Agreement

The clubhouse is for the use of the residents of the Marcliffe West and Cypress Grove communities only. It may not be used or reserved by non-residents. Subject to the rules and regulations, the clubhouse may be reserved by residents for private social (non-religious, political or commercial) activities. Private use of the clubhouse is a privilege and not a right. All reservations for private use of the clubhouse are subject to the approval of The Board of Directors. The Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse private use of the clubhouse and/or alter the rules and regulations governing the use of the clubhouse at any time.
