INSTRUCTIONS
- This is a DIRECTED PROXY/BALLOT FORM. This form shall be used to cast your own vote. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO VOTE DUE TO MEETING BEING VIRTUAL.
- In order for this Directed Proxy/Ballot to be valid, you must complete all Unit Owner information required below and you MUST SIGN and DATE this Directed Proxy/Ballot. If more than one person owns your Unit, the Directed Proxy/Ballot MUST be signed by at least one of the Owners of your Unit.
- In order for this Directed Proxy/Ballot to be valid, this Directed Proxy/Ballot must be RECEIVED by Management BEFORE 3:00 PM, Thursday, November 19, 2026.

ELECTION OF ONE (1) EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER – PLEASE INDICATE YOUR VOTE BY PLACING AN “X” NEXT TO THE CANDIDATE THAT YOU WANT TO ELECT TO THE EXECUTIVE BOARD. THERE IS CURRENTLY ONE (1) PREANNOUNCED CANDIDATE FOR THE ONE (1) OPEN BOARD SEAT, SO CAST ONLY ONE (1) VOTE. – Directed Proxies with more than one (1) vote will not be counted. Candidates are in alphabetic order.
*Only (1) proxy/ballot can be submitted for each unit.*
