LAUREL BAY OF PRINCE CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
REVOCABLE PROXY AND APPOINTMENT OF ATTORNEY-IN-FACT
The undersigned, as a member of Laurel Bay of Prince Creek Property Owners Association, Inc., does hereby nominate and appoint the Secretary of the Association to be My Proxy at the Annual Meeting on June 19, 2025, and at any and all adjournments thereof; and to vote our allocated interest in the Association, of which I am entitled to vote.
This Proxy is given subject to the following conditions:
(a) In the event the Secretary of the Association becomes a candidate for election or re-election to the Board of Directors then that person’s appointment as my proxy shall be revoked and instead the proxy shall be held by “majority” of the Board of Directors.
(b) This Proxy may be revoked by the undersigned at any time (provided I give notice of revocation to the Secretary of the Association) and it shall be deemed to be automatically revoked if the undersigned, personally attends the Annual Meeting.
(c) I do not wish to appoint a representative of the Board of Directors to act as my proxy. I would like to appoint , as my proxy.
ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
There are two (2) positions open. Please place a check mark in the box next to the name(s) of the candidate(s) you wish to vote for. A ballot voting for more than two (2) nominees will be disallowed. The following are members whose names have been presented for consideration to fill the position of director in accordance with the governing documents.
