By signing below, the owner, acknowledges that they have read and agree to abide by all State, and local parking laws as well as the Association’s governing documents pertaining to parking in the Community. It is the Owner’s sole responsible to inform any/all tenants of such guidelines. The owner further acknowledges that failure to abide by any of these guidelines by either the owner, tenant, and/or visitor(s) may result in their vehicle(s) being towed without further warning and at the vehicle owner’s sole expense. The owner further accepts that any loss due to a vehicle being towed is of no fault of the Association, or Management and neither party will accept liability for any such losses.

In the event that a homeowner needs a replacement hangtag, they must submit a new request form along with a $25 replacement fee per replacement tag (not to exceed two). The lost hangtag(s) will be reported as lost to the tow company. And any future use of lost tag(s) result in immediate towing of the vehicle.

If you are requesting a replacement permit, please online through your resident portal at https://Lakepointe.connectresident.com using the instructions below. 

Instructions for making resident portal payments: Once logged in, click 'Make A Payment' to access ClickPay. As the charge may not yet appear on your account, select the 'Edit' button next to the balance, then select 'Alternative Amount' to manually enter the fob payment amount. See the attached payment screenshot example as well.  If you have trouble making a payment through the resident portal please call 24/7 Customer Care Center so they can walk you through it step by step over the phone at 800.870.0010.
