Our governing documents stipulate a quorum must be established before any business can be conducted at this meeting.

Help verify we will have a QUORUM at the Annual Members' Meeting to be held on January 29, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Christ Church 310 Prince Creek Pkwy, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576.

Please complete the form below whether you DO or DO NOT plan to attend the Annual Meeting.

I plan to attend the Annual Members' Meeting. Number of people attending Attendees must bring a photo ID to the meeting.

I don't plan to attend the Annual Members' Meeting. However, I appoint FirstService Residential, as Agent and Proxy to use this PROXY TO HELP ESTABLISH A QUORUM FOR THE MEETING.
