The Harborview POA (hereinafter, “Association”) Annual Members’ Meeting will be held at the Robert H. Reed Recreation Center, 800 Gabreski Lane, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM.

This Proxy is to be filled out by every homeowner of the Association, in its entirety, and signed at the bottom.  Please fill out all FIVE (5) sections and return to FirstService Residential no later than 5 PM on Monday, November 17, 2025.

Whether you DO or DO NOT plan to attend the Annual Members’ Meeting, please fill out this form and return it in the postage-paid envelope or via email so your vote can be cast in absentia, if necessary.  If you do attend the Annual Members’ Meeting and wish to change your vote at the meeting, you will be able to do so. ATTENDANCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

SECTION C - APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION: Please Fill out this section, whether you plan to attend or not.

RESOLVED, that any excess of Association Income over Association expenses as defined in IRS Reg. 70-604 for the year ending December 31, 2025, shall be applied against the subsequent tax year member assessments as provided by IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604.  (The Board recommends voting for this resolution.)

THE SECRETARY OF ASSOCATION. In the event the Secretary of the Association becomes a candidate for election or re-election to the Board of Directors or is not in attendance then that person’s appointment as my proxy shall be revoked and instead the proxy shall be held by “majority” of the Board of Directors. Designated proxy holder to vote as he/she sees fit. Proxy holder must be present at meeting.

If this form is not signed by a registered homeowner, the proxy is invalid and will not count toward a quorum needed to conduct the Annual Members Meeting.  Without the required quorum, a new meeting date must be set, which will incur additional costs to the membership.
