2025 Annual Meeting Proxy
I/We, and , of being a member/members in good standing of Goose Creek Village HOA do hereby grant my/our proxy for the sole purpose of voting at the 2025 Annual Meeting scheduled for Monday, November 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or any adjournments or continuations thereof. This proxy must be signed and dated below, in accordance with the Bylaws, in order to be valid.

PROXY INSTRUCTIONS
- Print your name and address where indicated at the top of the proxy.
- Sign and date the proxy where indicated at the bottom of the proxy.
- A proxy may only be revoked by written notice from the owner/owners to the person presiding at the meeting.
- Any proxy shall be void if it is not signed and dated, if it purports to be revocable without notice, or if the signature of any of those executing the proxy is invalid.
- Owners may act as the Proxy for one unit in addition to their own unit and may not vote additional proxies beyond the one extra permitted proxy; any additional proxies presented by any owner must indicate that the Association Secretary is to vote those proxies.
