The governing documents for The Glen’s of International Club require a quorum of twenty-five (25) percent of the membership to conduct any business at the Annual Members Meeting. Therefore:

3) If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may also appoint someone to vote on your behalf (Proxy Agent). Only the person designated (Print Name) will have the authority to cast votes at the Annual Members’ Meeting to be held on February 11, 2025, and any adjournments thereof.
I direct my designated Proxy Agent to vote as indicated regarding the Election of Directors. If no directions or incomplete directions are given, the above designated Proxy Agent will have the right to vote on my, our or the corporation’s behalf as he or she deems fit on the above matter and on any other matter that may come before this Annual Members’ Meeting, specifically including, but not limited to, the Election of Directors. The Proxy grant may be withdrawn at any time by the undersigned, in person or in writing, prior to the commencement of the meeting.
