The undersigned titleholder of property in the Garrison at Oyster Point Homeowners Association, Inc. hereby appoints , (if left blank, a board member of the Association) as my proxy to act on my behalf and to cast all votes which the undersigned is entitled to cast at the January 14, 2025 Annual Meeting, to be held at the Brigade Hall Meeting Room located at 1500 Pearl Tabby Drive, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29466 at 6:00 p.m. and at any and all adjournments thereof, as follows.

OTHER ASSOCIATION MATTERS - To take action for me/us upon any other matters on the agenda that properly come before the Meeting.

Each unit is allocated one (1) indivisible vote with respect to such matters and cumulative votes are not permitted. Should the undersigned be present and elect to vote at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof, then the power of said proxy shall be deemed terminated and of no further force and effect.
