In accordance with the Association’s Dryer Vent Resolution, all owners must schedule their bi-annual dryer vent inspection and cleaning along with a chimney inspection. These inspections and cleanings are necessary and help with fire prevention, owner and community safety, and the protection of the Association’s physical property. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Each owner must have their dryer vent inspected and cleaned by a certified vendor.  A copy of the vendor’s receipt/cleaning certification must be submitted to Management using this link.

Proof of inspection and cleaning must be provided to the management office no later than Friday, October 31, 2025. Failure to provide proof of cleaning will result in a fine being imposed on your account and will continue monthly until the document is received.
